Multi Level Resistance Band Set

The Product Adventure Resistance band 5 set comprises of 5 different natural latex bands with varying resistance levels. Ranging from extra light all the way up to extra heavy, with band thickness of 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1mm and 1.3mm respectively. These are 12″ by 2″ when laid flat which is perfect size for the majority of people to fit round the legs comfortably while still allowing a full range of movement under the bands resistance.

Versatility is at the heart of this design.

Natural Latex

The Product Adventure Resistance band set is a great way to have a portable and easy to use exercise workout. The natural vulcanised latex bands give you the opportunity to get a quick workout into your daily routine at a resistance level that it suitable for your fitness level. As opposed to the elastic version, latex resistance bands do not require the use of handle so are simple to use and pack up into a small package for transport.

This Resistance band set is all about providing you with a way to workout that suit your specific needs. The set include 5 different levels of resistance, catering for the very beginner level user who will be learning about how to use the bands to get fit, lose weight, gain flexibility and build muscle.  We have personally tried and tested all the exercises we provide information for and are constantly using these bands ourselves and will update you when we have new exercises we feel would benefit you.

Workouts

You might be brand new to resistance bands or you might have used them before but found that you didn’t feel motivated to use them. We have put together a number of resources to help you get the most for your bands and achieve the goals you set yourself. We have created video workouts in 3, 5 and 10 minute lengths, accessible only through our website. We have also created a PDF to describe each exercise with images. A page has also been created to show the exercises we have provided details for. We will be constantly filling this page with animations, explanations and videos to help you with the specifics of each exercise.
